What type of fitness equipment is required for your
personalized programs?
None. We can create you a program just using your body. Just
let us know what type of equipment you have and we’ll create
a program to fit your needs with the tool you have..
How will I receive my personalized FITscription training
program?
It will be delivered right to your computer! After you
enrol, you will receive an e-mail with details on how to
access your personalized program through our website. You
are the only person (besides your trainer) who will have
access to your personal program.
How quickly can I get started?
You can get started on your way to your goals in less than a
week. Once you enrol, we'll send you your first monthly
program within 2-6 business days (depending on which program
you select).

What will my Customized Program include?
Since your program is entirely personalized for you, what it
includes will depend on your goals, history, available
equipment, etc. based on what you indicate in your profile.
In general you will receive a monthly exercise prescription
which provides recommendations for what cardio and strength
exercises to perform each week. Every exercise will include
details such as duration, frequency, technique instructions,
speed, distance, incline, resistance level, number of reps,
number of sets, etc. The exercise prescriptions will also
include descriptions of the routines and detailed
instructions on how to perform the exercises. Also included
are recommended warm-up and cool downs as well as stretches.
Plus, you will have full access to the huge library of
exercise demonstrations to ensure that you use correct form
Will I have
to do the same exercises every week during my four-week
program?
Only during your first month with us. There are so many
exercise to learn and master. It’s so important for you to
develop proper form and it might not happen the first time
you try an exercise. This will also build up your confidence
and ability to workout. As you develop and master level 1,
we will move you up to more advance exercises. This will
also ensure the best results because your body needs to
develop a base to start your new development.
As you advance into level 2 and 3 your program will change
twice per month to avoid a plateau. When your body adapts
(gets more efficient) to an exercise it doesn't work as
hard. In order to help your body continue to work hard,
therefore burn more calories, our programs are designed with
bi monthly exercise changes.
What if I have questions after I receive my program or want
to change my program?
All you have to do is send an e-mail to your personal
trainer in our system you can reach you trainer. Our
Complete Wellness program you can call your trainer twice a
month. Christian Personal Trainer is committed to helping
you, so if you want to change your program your trainer will
work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
How will I know if I'm doing the strength exercises
correctly?
There will be a corresponding exercise technique demo for
every move included in your program. The demo will show you
the proper technique for the specific exercise.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You may cancel at anytime. Simply contact us through the
e-mail address you were provided as a member.
